Redesign of Business Registration Platform
Challenge
By 2023, our competitive advantage began to fade. Outdated interface, service disruptions, and the revocation of online client identification rights led to market share decline. Almost half of users encountered problems and required support.
Main constraint: being a flagship product, we couldn't risk performance decline. Meanwhile, multiple stakeholders from the bank had their own visions for the service.
Solution
We started by implementing a design system, as the team lacked unified standards that complicated product development. Simultaneously, we launched extensive UX research.
